Learners will forget about 75% of new information within a day or two after a learning event (source: Ebbinghaus). To increase knowledge retention, I often incorporate helpful resources into my design such as one-pagers, guides, and knowledge base articles. I’ve also created SharePoint sites to host content and architected wikis to support just-in-time learning.
